1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AppealCraft (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppealCraft is a letter-writing tool that generates appeal letters for marketplace sellers. The Service is not a legal service, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

3. Not Legal Advice

The letters generated by AppealCraft are not legal documents and do not constitute legal advice. AppealCraft makes no representation that any letter will result in a successful appeal. The outcome of any appeal depends on the platform's policies and the specific circumstances of your case.

4. Payment and Refunds

Single letters are charged at $5 per letter. Monthly subscriptions are charged at $19/month. Full refunds are available within 24 hours if the letter fails to generate due to a technical failure. No refunds are provided if the letter is generated but the appeal is rejected by the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading appeal letters. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the marketplace platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The letters generated by AppealCraft are provided for your personal use in submitting appeals to marketplace platforms. AppealCraft retains no ownership over the generated content once delivered to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

AppealCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AppealCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the outcome of any appeal.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
