  • Generated letters: The letters we generate for you, stored to enable re-download and history
  • Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, conversion events) via Vercel Analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To send your letter by email
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To improve the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Clerk: For authentication
  • Anthropic: Your dispute description is sent to Claude AI to generate the letter
  • Brevo: For email delivery
  • Neon: For database storage

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated letters for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics (Vercel). No advertising cookies are used.
