Why we built this
When a marketplace suspends your shop or removes a listing, it's usually not obvious how to respond. The appeal process is different on every platform, and most sellers end up writing the wrong kind of message — or don't know what to include at all.
Reinstatement consultants exist because writing a proper appeal takes time and familiarity with each platform's process. They charge $150–$500 per letter. We built AppealCraft because that shouldn't be the only option.
AppealCraft uses AI to generate a structured appeal letter based on your platform, dispute type, and situation. It takes a few minutes to fill in, and you get a letter ready to submit.
